Thomas J. Lyons

Tom has practiced law in Pocatello since 1996. He graduated from Brigham Young University Law School in 1995 and completed a one year judicial clerkship with Judge George Granata in Cassia County, Idaho. He was admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Idaho in 1995.

Tom’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. His practice includes defending first party insurance claims in arbitration and court proceedings. He has handled numerous court and jury trials and has successfully defended several cases through appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court.

Tom and his wife, Cyndie, have been married for 17 years and have five children. Their interests include most outdoor activities.
