Stephen S. Dunn
Steve is a partner in the law firm of Merrill & Merrill in Pocatello, Idaho, where he has practiced for over 30 years. He is now focusing his practice on ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) including both mediation and arbitration. His practice has primary emphasized the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and products liability, insurance contract law and related matters. He received his B.S. degree and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University. He served from 1990-1992 as a part time Federal Magistrate Judge. Mr. Dunn is a member of the Idaho State Bar, American Bar and Idaho Sixth Judicial District Bar Associations, Idaho Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute. He has lectured in the areas of civil trial procedure, personal injury litigation and insurance law.
