Ian C. Johnson


Ian has practiced law in Pocatello since 2003. He graduated from the University of Idaho Law School in 2003 and worked in the Bannock County Prosecutor’s office from June 2003, until May 2006. While at the prosecutor’s office he worked in the Juvenile Court and handled both adult misdemeanor and felony charges.

Ian’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. He also specializes in criminal defense, handling all areas including juvenile cases. He has handled numerous court and jury trials.

Ian and his wife, Melanie, have been married for 12 years and three children. Their interests include most outdoor activities.
